Fratelli Fresh is Sydney’s leading providore and opened its doors at
7 Danks Street, Waterloo, in early 2004; 81 Macleay Street, Potts Point in 2008; and 16 Hickson Rd, Walsh Bay in early 2010.

Fratelli Fresh makes available daily, to fine restaurants and the public, Sydney’s best and prime produce; the freshest vegetables of the season, finest pressed olive oils, imported cheeses and every imaginable herb. These ingredients translate to offerings at some of Sydney’s best restaurants and Fratelli’s own café Sopra.
The popularity of Café Sopra sometimes means a wait but the new Santa Vittoria Apperitivo Bar makes waiting a pleasure. The bar offers a daily selection of Italian beers, wine prosecco, freshly made juices and an antipasto plate by Sopra chef Andy Bunn. Cafe Sopra is pleased to take reservations for our two private rooms, which are available through the week and weekends. The Berlusconi Room is internal, screened from the main seating area yet still filled with the same lively ambience. It enjoys natural light, generous space and seats up to 16. The Santa Vittoria Alfresco Terrace is roofed and sheltered on three sides, yet remains open to the outdoors. Two gas heaters help to keep the space cosy if neccessary and it seats up to 12. The price of either room in 2010 is a minimum $600, which covers 10 guests for 4 courses. Each additional person is $60 per head, ie 14 people = $840. BYO is not available, our wine list offers great variety and value. Vicino Casa di Fratelli, as the Italian says, is next door to Fratelli fresh at Danks St Waterloo. Vicino is full of everything for your kitchen and offers the best in quality homewares to make cooking at home a pleasure. Our products are used throughout the Cafe Sopra kitchens and our store also ranges a carefully selected mix of classic and contemporary Italian homeware. From Italian cookbooks to pasta machines and everything in between Vicino is the perfect store for inspired cooking and home essentials. Fratelli Fresh, in partnership with Electrolux, offers free cooking classes open to the public. Run under the direction of Cafe Sopra, these classes utilise the fresh produce available at Fratelli Fresh. Classes are held every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4-5pm. Please follow the link at the top of the page to book a class. Vicino Waterloo is open Monday to Friday from 10am till 6pm, on Saturdays from 8am till 4pm, and Sundays from 10am till 4pm. Fratelli Fresh Waterloo is open Monday to Friday from 9am till 6pm, Saturday 8am till 4pm, and Sunday 9am till 4pm. Cafe Sopra Waterloo is open Monday to Friday from 10am till 3pm, Saturdays from 8am till 4pm, and Sundays from 10am till 3pm. Fratelli Fresh Potts Point is open Monday to Friday from 11am till 8pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am till 7pm. Cafe Sopra Potts Point is open Monday to Saturday from 12pm till 3pm and from 6pm till 10pm, and on Sundays from 12pm till 3pm and 6pm till 9pm. Fratelli Fresh Walsh Bay is open Monday to Friday from 11am to 8pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 7pm. Cafe Sopra Walsh Bay is open Monday to Sunday from 12pm to 3pm and from 6pm to 10pm.
