Fratelli Fresh is Sydney’s leading providore and opened its doors at
7 Danks Street, Waterloo, in early 2004 and 81 Macleay Street, Potts Point in 2008.

Fratelli Fresh makes available daily, to fine restaurants and the public, Sydney’s best and prime produce; the freshest vegetables of the season, finest pressed olive oils, imported cheeses and every imaginable herb. These ingredients translate to offerings at some of Sydney’s best restaurants and Fratelli’s own café Sopra.
The popularity of Café Sopra sometimes means a wait but the new Santa Vittoria Apperitivo Bar makes waiting a pleasure. The bar offers a daily selection of Italian beers, wine prosecco, freshly made juices and an antipasto plate by Sopra chef Andy Bunn.
Santa Vittoria Alfresco Private Dining Room’s rustic steps lead off from café Sopra into a classic Italian terrace space complete with an open roof, vine covered trellises, red gingham table cloths and a big window over looking lively Danks Street in Waterloo. The private dining room is available by reservation for up to ten and the price for the room, service and food is $500 whether its for two or ten. The price does not include alcohol.
Fratelli Fresh, in partnership with Electrolux, offers free cooking classes open to the public. Run under the direction of Cafe Sopra, these classes utilise the fresh produce available at Fratelli Fresh. Classes recommence in February 2008 and are held every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4-5pm. Please phone 9699 3161 on Tuesday 22nd of January (then every 3rd Tuesday of the month) between 9am and midday to make a booking. Fratelli Fresh Waterloo is open Tuesday to Friday from 10am till 6pm and on Saturdays from 8am till 4pm. Cafe Sopra Waterloo is open Tuesday to Friday from 10am till 3pm and on Saturdays from 8am till 3pm. Fratelli Fresh Potts Point is open Tuesday to Friday from 11am till 9pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am till 6pm. Cafe Sopra Potts Point is open Tuesday to Friday from 12pm till 3pm and from 6pm till 10pm, on Saturdays and Sundays from 11am till 4pm.
