Our private, comprehensive, hands-on masterclasses are a unique gourmet experience.

Learn to create three restaurant style dishes with Cafe Sopra's acclaimed chefs.

Electrolux and Fratelli Fresh wish to share their passion for food and cooking by offering Group Paid Classes followed by lunch at Cafe Sopra at unbeatable value - just $90 per person and our Individual Paid Cooking Classes at $75 per person (no lunch after class).

OR Try our short teaser free classes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons 4-5pm. Bookings essential, see below.

Our cooking school will be on a break from 26th of December until    7th of February


How to book:

1. Create an account or, if you are an existing member, login to Fratelli Fresh Online.

2. Click here to check availability of paid and free classes.

3. Click on your preferred date and enter your details to secure a spot either in the class or, if the class is full, on our waitlist.

 

 
Group Paid Cooking Classes
 
 

Private Group classes are held on Tuesdays,Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am-12pm (followed by lunch) at Fratelli Fresh, Danks St.

 
We accept group bookings of 10 - 20 people only, and the class is held privately for your group.


Lunch after the class is a seasonal chef's selection of two dishes and glass of wine per person. In addition, we will pack up the food you cooked so that you can take it home with you after lunch.

Individual Paid Cooking Classes 


For individual paid cooking classes please check monthly calendar on our website. The classes are from 10am-12pm at Fratelli Fresh Danks Street.

Free Cooking Classes

 

Free classes are held every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4-5pm at Fratelli Fresh, Danks St.

The two recipes taught in our free class are changed once a month - please do not book more than one class per month.
 
Free classes are limited to 10 people per class, and you can book on behalf of a maximum of 3 people.
