Chocolate Truffles
Recipe by Chef Andy Bunn, Cafe Sopra
Ingredients
300ml thickened cream
450g dark chocolate, finely chopped
2 tbsp Grand Mariner
Cocoa powder for rolling
Method
1. Bring cream to the boil, pour over chopped chocolate and whisk until melted.

2. Add Grand Mariner

3. Pour into a container and refrigerate until firm.

4. Roll in cocoa powder.
