Join Sam from Vannella Cheese, a second generation cheese maker from Marrickville Sydney as we showcase his father’s famous fresh cheese and learn about there cheesemaking techniques in a 3 course cheese feast.

30th May WEEK 3 – Ross Hill Wine Dinner at Alexandria – BOOK NOW 

Join James Robson the Owner of Ross Hill Wines & home of Fratelli Wines as he talks us through our house wines and his Carbon Neutral Vineyard with a 3 course winter menu.

13th June WEEK 4 – St Hugo Wine Dinner at Alexandria – BOOK NOW

St Hugo is located at Rowland Flat in the heart of Australia’s premier wine region, the Barossa Valley. The region’s warm continental climate produces red wines of profound depth and intensity. Along with the mainstay of Shiraz, other popular grape varieties include Grenache, Mataro (or Mourvedre), Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling, Semillon and Chardonnay.

20th June WEEK 5– Vegan Dinner at Entertainment Quarter – BOOK NOW 

Cooked with the most delicious Vegan produce to enhance the natural flavors of the ingredients.

Beetroot carpaccio, leek vinaigrette, spiced nuts

Main
Semolina gnocchetti, wild mushrooms, macadamia cream

Dessert
Almond panna cotta with fresh berries
