Each Wednesday throughout July and August, three different types of rich, house made ragù are on offer, served with a side of focaccia to mop up all the saucy goodness. Treat yourself with an optional carafe of wine for an additional $20.
- Rigatoni Lamb Ragù: Slow-braised lamb, tomato, chilli, parmesan, parsley
- Lumache Wagyu Ragù: Tomato, lemon zest, parsley, pecorino
- Pappardelle Bolognese: Bolognese ragù, parmesan
