Valentine’s Day – Sunday 14 February
Enjoy authentic Italian with the ‘ravi-only’ one for you this Valentine’s day at Fratelli Fresh.
The $59pp. four-course menu is available for lunch and dinner on Sunday, 14 February.
The menu includes a special Valentine’s grazing board comprised of: cured meats, assorted cheeses, house-made rosemary focaccia, and fried zucchini flowers with goat’s cheese and lemon ricotta;
Spinach and ricotta tortellini alongside pappardelle with slow cooked beef cheek ragu;
Veal cotoletta with rocket, lemon and fried capers, with a fresh heirloom tomato salad featuring stone fruit, oregano and buffalo mozzarella plus smashed chat potatoes.
For dessert, lovebirds will be served lemon curd tart with raspberry sorbet and mint, and a strawberry misu made with love with mascarpone, Savoiadi and berries.
The A la carte menu is available all day.
